This eliminates the need for sodium hydrosulfite. Reactive Dyestuff are known for their high fastness, It was impossible to achieve wash down effects with Reactive Dyestuff Earlier, However, the company has developed a new Sustainable process along with its Ready to use Liquor solution SCHUTZENCOL-FADER, Washdown effects similar to Indigo & Sulfur dyes are now possible.
Furthermore, EXPANSE- Liquid Reactive dyestuff can also now be used with their Alginate Free Reactive Printing thickener.

“EXPANSE-Salt free Liquid reactive Dyestuff by SCHUTZEN Chemical Group undergoes a 3 step process.
STEP I: Reactive Dyestuff are produced through the Cyanuric chloride + H Acid & Modified H-Acid route.
STEP-II: These Powder Reactive dyestuffs are subjected to Membrane filtration such as Reverse osmosis. This eliminates salts and other impurities, which reduce the solubility, stability & purity of Dyestuff
STEP III: The powder reactive dyestuff are stabilized using additives essential to ensure minimum hydrolysis during storage, enhance stability & increase efficacy during applications.
Generally, Reactive Dyes exhibit very good fastness and it is not possible to wash it down however, With the “Nature Safe Denim Process” it is possible to obtain a wash down effect with reactive dyes as well as pigments and continue with conventional and approved washdown processes such as enzyme wash to obtain wash down effects. This is a big advantage as it doesn’t require any change or education to the washing units established in the supply chain.
